Jacob Coin is executive advisor to the Chairman of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in Highland, CA. He previously served as Vice President of Public Affairs with a focus on communications, San Manuel philanthropy, and policy advocacy for San Manuel. He works directly with the Chairman and the Business Committee to develop communications strategies, messaging, and project management counsel to meet the strategic objectives of the Tribe.
Jacob served as executive director of the California Nations Indian Gaming Association (CNIGA) in Sacramento, Calif. Prior to CNIGA, he served as the executive director of the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) in Washington, D.C. He is the founding executive director of the Arizona Indian Gaming Association.
Coin completed his undergraduate studies in business administration at Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz., and a citizen of the Hopi Tribe of Arizona.
